On April 17-19, Autism Alliance of Canada held the 11th annual Canadian Autism Leadership Summit (CALS2025), in Ottawa and livestream. This year’s Summit’s goal was to dive into the recently published Autism Strategy, exploring opportunities and gaps with panelists and participants during World Cafés Sessions; table discussions designed top foster collaboration and collective impact.
The Alliance is pleased to share 5 Community Briefs that summarize the conversations that happened between participants during the World Café Sessions.
Each brief unpacks one of the five priority areas of Canada’s Autism Strategy, highlighting the perspectives, ideas, and recommendations shared by Summit participants. The briefs are intended to support conversations in research, policy, advocacy, and community leadership as Canada moves toward the implementation of the Strategy.
