Policy Compendium (2021): Social Inclusion, Diagnosis, supports, and services & Economic Inclusion

The Policy Compendium (2021) is a collection of policy briefs developed by Autism Alliance of Canada-Kids Brain Health Network (KBHN) Policy Development Working Groups in 2021.

The goal of the 2020 Policy Compendium is to provide an early source of actionable policy recommendations for the Public Health Agency of Canada to address issues in three key areas, outlined in the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences’ (CAHS) assessment report on autism “Autism in Canada: Considerations for future public policy development:”

  1. Social inclusion
  2. Diagnosis, supports, and services
  3. Economic inclusion
